The Events Coordinators role is to plan, organise and ensure the smooth running and execution of all P&C supported School Events, in direct liaison with the School Exec, Principal, Deputy Principal and various Faculty Members.
The Events Coordinator is also responsible for assembling a Team of Volunteers, who meet the requirements and guidelines as set out by the School and the Dept of Education. Making Purchases, ordering for Events, and re stocking the P&C Kitchen are also part of the Events Coordinators role.
Events include (but are not limited to), Athletics and Swimming Carnivals, Band Night, Book Week Parade, Grand Parents Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Special Events like our Schools 50th Anniversary Celebration, Disco’s and Movie Nights.
The Events Coordinators role is to support the School by pro actively suggesting and organising Events that help promote our Schools culture of inclusivity, by engaging and fostering good relationships within our local Community, and actively bringing the whole School Community together.
