Feedback / Concerns
As a P&C committee, we act as a bridge between parents and the school, working to facilitate open and constructive dialogue between all stakeholders.
We value your feedback and concerns, and we see them as an opportunity to continuously improve our school community. Whether you have a suggestion for how we can better support our students, or concern about a specific issue, we encourage you to reach out to us or to the school. We are committed to addressing correspondence in a timely and appropriate manner.

FAQ
Shall I lodge it with the school or the P&C?
We encourage parents and caregivers to communicate with us openly and regularly, so we can work together to create the best possible environment for our children. Your input is valued, and we appreciate your ongoing support in making our school community stronger.
Scenario 1:
If you have any suggestions or concerns regarding school matters, including teaching and learning, daily routines, children’s wellbeing at school, and assessment results, we encourage you to address them via the school email at [email protected]. If you are dissatisfied with the response or do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, please bring it to the attention of the P&C committee, and we will follow up on your behalf. If the issue is a school-wide issue, the P&C will add it to the monthly meeting agenda for further discussion.
Scenario 2:
If you have any questions about P&C things like the Book Club, Cracker Carnival, events to raise money, P&C supported projects, Year 6 Farewell, and so on, please send them to our P&C email [email protected]. We will handle your questions from there.
If you know which coordinator can help you, you can contact them directly. For example, if you have questions about how to order lunch or about delivery from the uniform shop, you can find their email or phone number on the appropriate pages on this website.
