P&C Newsletter

The P&C committee keeps parents and caregivers informed about its latest news and events regularly via the school newsletter and P&C newsletter, which is published every week.

This includes a range of information such as updates on events supported by the P&C committee, coming P&C meetings and seminars, ongoing fundraising activities, volunteer opportunities, as well as information related to parent suggestions, complaints, and the corresponding responses. Additionally, the P&C Section on school newsletter provides the insights into other ways parents can get involved and support the school, such as class helpers, band, sports and string ensemble etc.

P&C Meetings

Parents & Citizens meetings are held on Tuesdays at 7.30pm via zoom.

We welcome all parents and care givers to attend the monthly P&C meeting. Whilst we endeavour to keep meetings short, we discuss many topics concerning our school, such as:

Budget and finance issues
School resources
Canteen and uniform shop
String ensemble
Class parent and banking scheme
Fundraising and voluntary contributions
Social events
Book club
Voting on proposed motions
Any concerns being raised by parents or school
